CIFA presents a new inside truck-mounted pump model of the Steeltech range: K56L. Born as an evolution and improvement of the K55L, a Best-Seller of CIFA, model K56L is a condensate of smart solutions to increase ease of use, and robustness but at the same time lightness.

CIFA wanted to surpass the great reliability of the 55-meter model and the industry-standard with an even tougher and easier to maintain model at a limited Total Cost of Ownership. All so that the customer can have a reliable, high-performance pump with low operating costs.

The K56L pump is the ultimate heavy-duty and versatile machine, the first choice for operating on large construction sites. The new K56L is a full range of possible combinations: available with 3 different pumping units (HP1606H open circuit, HP1608EC, and HP1808ECX close circuit) and can be mounted on a classic 10×4, mainly for the European market, or even an 8×4 for countries with less limitations.

5 sections easy to operate
The Steeltech K56L has a 5 section-boom with RZ configuration: the right solution to use the maximum vertical extension without complex placing operations. The new turret, on top of the external piping which facilitates all the maintenance operations, has been designed to keep even more compact the folded boom avoiding overhang on the cabin or on the rear.

New stabilization
The stabilization is X type, as it was on the K55L, but it has been further simplified and improved. The front outriggers have now a single telescopic extension thus reducing opening time and saving space on the ground. Rear outriggers have been reinforced and extended. Furthermore, they integrate two plastic tanks each for fuel and water (600 lt). The new design combined with the smart control systems make the placing operations faster and simpler improving, even more, the productivity and the safety of the truck-mounted pump.

New heavy-duty design
The chassis of the K56L is shared with the better-known and tested K60H. It has a very tough under-turret structure that integrates the new oil tank, now with easy access to perform all kind of maintenance. The overall structure is well balanced and respects the 10 t index of maximum load on the rear axles.

Ease of use and safety for everyday work
The new K56L exploits its power thanks to the electronic management system: intuitive and efficient. Many are the devices that help during routine operations keeping the job safe and easy. The SmartronicTM system is the benchmark in terms of smart management of the truck-mounted pump.

Connection: Always On
CIFA Vista, available as optional, is a great ally in managing and monitoring the fleet. That is why also the new K56L can be equipped with the telemetry system CIFA Vista, able to localize the machine, manage the maintenance intervals but above all store performance and consumptions counters and report any fault or error message.
