Vertical stabilizer and weighing system add to the power of Titan hookloaders

Hyva continues to improve the safety and operating efficiency of its market-leading Titan Hookloader range with the Vertical Stabilizer solution and the Titan Weighing System.
The Vertical Stabilizer minimizes the risk of hookloader trucks lifting off the ground in an unstable and unsafe position when lifting heavy load containers.
The fully boltable stabilizer solution fits the rear of the truck and deploys a retractable roller to ground level which provides the additional stability required for safe lifting. It is easy to install, can be adjusted to various types of chassis, has two different sizes of rollers and comes factory painted. The Vertical Stabilizer is compatible with all types of hookloader from 12 to 30 tones and is available worldwide.
The Titan Weighing System (TWS) improves safety, extends equipment life and increases operating efficiency. The system prevents overweight loads and eliminates delays, permits and possible fines at external weighing stations/bridges – saving time and cost.
The system is equipped with 4 load cells mounted on the truck chassis, connected to a truck cabin display, where the weight of the load can be seen. An accuracy of ≤1% of measured weight is achieved with an easy plug-and-play system, i.e. no initial calibration required during mounting. All parts of the maintenance-free weighing systems are fully protected and integrated. The TWS does not increase the system weight and can also warn of, and help prevent, overloading of both truck and trailer systems.
