Palfinger factory mounted solutions

The Palfinger Mounting Competence Center (MCC) stands for optimized interfaces between loader cranes and trucks and innovative, custom mounting solutions, in order to guarantee maximum performance from the overall system for customers, dealers and service partners all over the world.
The steadily increasing demand for complete vehicles and individual mounting solutions from Palfinger means that a further location in Solec, Poland, will be added from 2019 to supplement the MCC at Lengau. This new location is intended to relieve pressure on the final assembly with new assembly stations and increase the current capacity of 200 mountings per year to up to 500 mountings per year by 2020. Capacity increases like this are also made possible by consistent enhancements to the development and assembly process. You can find a small selection below:
New front stabilizer kits from the factory
The new front stabilizer kits from the factory (already exhibited at bauma 2019) are intended to make mounting even quicker and easier. Due to their innovative, very compact design, they can also significantly reduce the total length of the vehicle. The single or dual stabilizer kits will be available for vehicles from Volvo and MAN. There will also be a single stabilizer kit for the Mercedes Arocs in the foreseeable future.
Customized subframe modules
For the TEC cranes up to 30 mt, customized subframes are available for mountings without additional stabilizers. For such individual subframes, delivery times from the order date can be kept very short at the MCC – thanks to a modular concept and optimized in-house processes. The frames are available either with or without unmounted attachments and also with side plates and attrition plates already welded on. This preparation reduces the assembly time during mounting considerably because it means that the crane only has to be positioned and screwed on tightly using the new fixing and anti-twist protection system.
