REMU has launched the new Big Float E35 pontoon undercarriage, the largest model ever manufactured by the company

The new E35 can be assembled with most 30-35 ton excavators available on the market and offers all the benefits that come with a larger excavator: more power, longer outreach, higher volume with each bucket load, and hence higher productivity.

Every Big Float is designed with much attention to the safety features of the amphibious excavator. E35 lower part is entirely made of high-strength wear-resistant steel for the best protection against external stress and impacts. Each pontoon has five watertight sections with manhole access placed on top of the pontoon. The most important safety feature is in carefully engineered shape and measurement of the undercarriage, maximizing its stability in various job environments.

The role of a reliable track system
The heavier machine – the more important role a reliable track system receives. Big Float E35 is set to lift the bar of the most strong and reliable amphibious excavator on the market to an even higher level. E35 travel motors, paired with planetary final drives, deliver high torque through drive sprockets directly to track chains.
