LINTEC Mixing Plants have found their way throughout the world with good reliability. The company is the only manufacturer worldwide which produces all its mixing plants in 100 % ISO sea container dimension.

Based on the heritage of the founder in 1919, LINTEC has developed itself from the early beginning in Berlin to a world wide operating group with production facilities in Germany, Poland, China, India and Brazil. The group today offers a full portfolio of asphalt and concrete mixing plants, meeting its clients global needs of stationary and mobile solutions as well as various capacities and configurations. At Bauma 2016 LINTEC presented new asphalt- and concrete mixing developments that round up its product range and continues to put special emphasis on the following subjects: Low operating costs – Sustainability – Energy saving. The LINTEC CSD 1200 is optimized to meet requirements of smaller projects. The containerized design ensures high mobility while equally meeting most advanced safety standards. Its patented screen drum technology reduces energy consumption by 15%. Easy maintenance and a very advanced control system make the CSD 1200 the preferred asphalt mixing plant in most parts of the world. The compact external hot storage silo is available with a capacity of 100 t with 2 chambers and the bigger version with 4 chambers has a total capacity of 270 t of asphalt. The 100 t silo can easily be upgraded to 270 t by adding additional containers. Both silos feature an easy maintenance concept.
The “LEP 95” system (Lintec Ecological Processing) is a new, patented warm mix asphalt solution. At Bauma the LEP system has been integrated in the mixer container of the CSD 3000 plant, which can produce both hot and warm mix asphalt depending on the actual demand at the job site. A significant reduction in energy consumption and emissions can be achieved by the outstanding LINTEC system working in a temperature range between 95 to 100° Celsius. LEP 95 guarantees a smooth and stable foam for an optimum mixing result at low temperatures. The reliable system with extremely low maintenance requirements is available for all LINTEC Asphalt Plants whether new or retrofit.

The most reliable and maintenance friendly LINTEC Asphalt Burners (LAB series) from 6 MW to 24 MW convince with electronically controlled optimum combustion, significantly low emissions and high safety standards. They are available for light oil, heavy oil and gas or fuel combinations. Single fuel burners are prepared for easy retrofitting to dual fuel use.
