Leguan Lifts, a Finnish manufacturer of market-defining spider lifts, announces the new era of spider lifts, with the upcoming global launch of the electrified All-terrain series. The official worldwide launch will take place at the Apex exhibition on the 2nd of June, 2026. The spider lift industry is rapidly evolving as contractors, arborists, rental companies and facility maintenance professionals demand emission free, silent and full performance spider lifts without compromises. Leguan Lifts is answering this growing demand by offering its All-Terrain series lifts (170, 195, 225 and 265) with in-house-produced Avant Power OptiTemp battery.

Unlike generic battery solutions, the unique liquid-immersion technology keeps the battery pack operating at an optimal temperature at all times, delivering exceptional safety and consistent performance in all conditions. The battery pack is designed and manufactured in Finland by Avant Power to match Leguan’s exact requirements. The complete electric infrastructure is engineered as an integrated system to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Purpose-built for Leguan All-Terrain series
The OptiTemp-powered Leguan is not an additional model to the existing lineup, it is a power train option to the current fleet where customers now have the option to choose whether they want to have the diesel powertrain or an electric powertrain. The actual spider lift and its user interface remain the same. Both powertrains offer all the premium features and harmonious fleet design Leguan is known for.

Leguan Lifts OptiTemp-powered lifts, by contrast, are fully electric. The electrified All-Terrain Series delivers a full day of operation on a single charge and, in many applications, supports multi-day projects without recharging. The global launch of the electrified Leguan All-Terrain series is scheduled for the 2nd of June 2026, during the international lifting exhibition in Maastrich, the Netherlands.
