In-house developed and validated at Europe’s top capability and capacity R&D centers, as well as Europe’s only trailer OEM test track, for 1.000.000 km or normal use, Kässbohrer Pendle Low Loader, K.SLL P, stands as one of the prime examples of Kässbohrer’s engineering excellence. K.SLL P is equipped with an in-house developed independent pendle suspension with 600 mm stroke, a patented progressive hydraulic steering systems compliant with engineering principles for all degrees from 0 to 60 as well as TÜV-DEKRA Paragraph 70 approval for all extended lengths; it delivers peak maneuverability, smooth road handling, maximum load stabilization, operational ease, and consequent top performance under the most demanding heavy-duty transportation conditions.

Tested and validated at Europe’s top capability and capacity R&D centers and Europe’s first and only trailer OEM-owned outdoor test track, Pendle Low Loader has undergone extensive testing and is validated under standardized as well as extreme road conditions for structural integrity, torsional resistance, durability, load distribution, road stability and functionality for a minimum of 1,000,000 km of real life usage.
Peak maneuverability effortless handling
Kässbohrer’s in-house developed independent pendle suspension, compliant with Ackermann principles for all steering degrees from 0 to 60, assures seamless vehicle alignment and smooth road handling even in the hardest road conditions. With its patented progressive hydraulic steering system, Pendle Low Loader is engineered to provide peak maneuverability and effortless handling on greater than 90-degree curves, confined jobsite conditions, on stabilized roads, at construction sites, on farmlands and on all challenging heavy transport routes.
All possible vehicle lengths with incremental extensions from 500 mm to 5,550 mm are approved by TÜV-DEKRA for compliance with Paragraph 70 regulation, further assuring peak manoevurability and effortless handling.
Highest suspension stroke
Pendle Low Loader is equipped with Kässbohrer’s in-house developed and approved independent pendle suspension featuring the highest suspension stroke of 600 mm. This highest suspension stroke ensures maximum adaptation to road surfaces and operating conditions, especially on curves exceeding 90 degrees, in confined jobsite conditions, on stabilized roads, at construction sites, on farmlands, and across all challenging heavy transport routes.
12-ton legal axle capacity
The in-house developed independent suspension system of Pendle Low Loader allows operators to go up to 12 ton per axle within legal regulations in Germany.

Kässbohrer Pendle Low Loader, K.SLL P, delivers leading load safety features with Europe’s highest capacity and number of lashing rings. To ensure the safest and most flexible load securing, Pendle Low Loader is equipped as standard with a total of 8×2 13.4-ton lashing rings, 4×2 8-ton lashing rings, and 3×2 10-ton lashing rings.
In addition, Pendle Low Loader integrated pillar pockets and container lock housings as standard, while 6 pairs of 13.4-ton detachable floor-integrated lashing rings are offered as optional equipment. With this comprehensive load securing equipment, Kässbohrer ensures top securing top performance for different heavy and abnormal goods, while ensuring stable, safe and regulation-compliant transportation.
Load factor maximisation
Kässbohrer Pendle Low Loader, SLL P, is engineered to maximize load factor with its horizontal extension of up to 5,550 mm and lateral extension of up to 2 x 230 mm, enabling the stable accommodation of varying loads such as construction machinery, farm and industrial silos, steel and varying industrial construction components, and boats.

For fast and ergonomic operations, Kässbohrer Pendle Low Loader, SLL P, features a detachable gooseneck enabling front side loading. The gooseneck can be detached in less than 50 seconds with the standard quick coupling lines for electricity, air and hydraulic systems, ensuring significant operational ease and reduced loading time.
