HG presents the HG E3000, a new 100% electric 3-ton dumper that delivers up to 12 hours of effective runtime on a single charge – twice the distance of comparable machines. With the world’s most efficient articulated drivetrain with four individual wheel motors, the E3000 sets a new standard for range and performance.
The integrated charger provides a full charge in about 4 hours, allowing the dumper to be charged directly on-site or via charging stations without additional equipment. As the world’s only electric 3-ton dumper, the HG E3000 is also available with a high tip, making unloading into containers and trucks faster and more flexible.
The E3000 is built on eight years of targeted experience with electric dumpers and a unique operational history with more than 500 electric dumpers in daily use on construction sites worldwide.

The first HG E3000 machines are expected to be delivered in early 2026.
Background and experience
HG is a Danish, family-owned company that has been producing compact dumpers since 1971. In 2019, HG launched the first electric 1-ton dumpers – developed on the principle that an electric dumper should be able to work 12 hours on a single charge.
Since 2023, HG has produced electric 2-ton dumpers, which in practice deliver the same work performance and up to 12 hours of runtime as the new E3000. Both the 2- and 3-ton models are equipped with HG’s unique drivetrain with four individual wheel motors and advanced software architecture, allowing contractors and rental companies to choose by capacity – without compromising on range or uptime.
