Magni has launched a new FL range of off-road forklifts on the market. These new models will appear alongside the current offering of Magni brand telescopic handlers and lifts. Bauma 2025 provided the Castelfranco Emilia-based company with an opportunity to showcase its latest innovations: cutting-edge solutions designed to optimize performance, efficiency, and operational safety.

The initial range will comprise four diesel models with load capacities from 2.5 to 5 tonnes, with 3 metre high-visibility duplex mast as standard. The options of duplex masts from 3.7 to 4 metres or triplex masts from 4 to 5 metres will be available.

Magni forklifts will be distinguished not only by their trademark red colour but also by a basic outfit enhanced by market-specific options to improve safety and operator comfort. Each model will be available in two variants, the first for markets which use Stage V engines and the second, identified by an “A” at the end of the model name, for markets which require Stage IIIA machines. As well as in their engines, the two variants will also differ in a number of features to be provided as standard on the Stage V version, such as the cab with front and rear windscreen and cab working lights.

Main Features
• Transmission: The hydraulic transmission, with function for switching between 2WD and 4WD, provides higher travel speed and better capability for tackling gradients. The hydraulic transmission with three forward speeds enables a top speed of 25 km/h.
• Brakes: The wet brakes ensure a long braking system lifetime, reducing wear and improving reliability even in case of intensive use. Thanks to their continuous lubrication, brakes of this kind retain high performance and extend the lifetime of the whole braking system.
• Air filter and radiator: The twin high-capacity air filter, combined with the coil radiator and the optimized heat sink channel, improves heat dispersal capability and keeps temperatures stable, guaranteeing the engine’s reliability in even the most heavy-duty applications.
• Tires: The drive axle has wide-base, deep-tread tyres, ideal for adapting to a wide range of working conditions. Other types of tyres, including foam-filled or non-marking, are also available.
• Visibility: The design of the cab structure has been optimised to ensure good visibility even in the rear. All models are fitted with rear-view mirrors on both sides as standard. The design of the high-visibility mast provides an excellent forward view thanks to the greater distance between the lift cylinders.
• Agility: The compact wheelbase and ground clearance ensure excellent agility in even the tightest spaces and the most demanding applications, where most off-road forklifts would be in difficulty.
• LCD display: Magni forklifts are equipped with a 4-inch LCD display with four interactive buttons for display of the main items of information. There is also a CAN BUS communication function with a protocol compliant with the SAE standard.
• Seat: Unbeatable operator comfort is ensured by the fully suspended seat and the comfort armrest.
• Lighting system: The high-efficiency lighting system uses LED lights and a new type of reflector to save energy, significantly improve lighting performance and maintain visibility at all times and in all conditions.
• Safety lights: The blue light placed above the LED lights enhances the vehicle’s visibility when at work, clearly indicating its presence. To ensure that the forklift is easily visible from the rear it is also fitted with a flashing orange light to make sure it will be seen even in crowded or low-visibility working environments.
• Easy maintenance: Quick access to the engine compartment underneath the operator’s seat is provided by the easy-release catch. What’s more, the two-piece design makes the cab floor easy to lift and remove for immediate access to the driveline. The radiator cover is easily rotated by hand for quick, simple checks and maintenance.
• Cab: The configuration for forklifts with Stage V engine includes a cab with front and rear windscreens and glazed roof. The FL “A” version, with Stage IIIA engine, will be fitted as standard with open cab, without front and rear windscreens, both available as optional accessories. The enclosed cab, equipped with side doors useful when working in weather conditions requiring air-conditioning or heating, will be available as optional feature for both versions.
