The latest addition is the <strong>Nokian R-Truck product range for demanding on and off-road use<\/strong> \u2013 such as earthmoving and forestry applications.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-8408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2-6.jpg 450w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2-6-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><strong>Tires for two worlds<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cOn and off-road use puts special, even conflicting demands on a truck tire\u201d, says Nokian Heavy Tyres Product Manager Teppo Siltanen. \u201cIt\u2019s like two different worlds \u2013 the smooth highway and the rocky earthmoving site or the muddy forest road. The Nokian R-Truck product line strikes an excellent compromise between the two worlds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Starting with the off-road world, all Nokian R-Truck tires have open pattern and wide grooves that ensure good self-cleaning on soft surfaces such as mud, sand and snow. This improves both grip and reliability. What\u2019s more, they feature a special rubber compound that is highly resistant to cuts and cracks. This reduces the risk of tire damage on rough surfaces. The tires also have stone ejectors in their main grooves, increasing the tire operating life.<br \/>\nOn-road, the Nokian R-Truck tires boast an excellent mileage thanks to their even wear pattern and low heat build-up. What\u2019s more, the tires keep their good properties throughout their lifetime. The non-directional pattern is also quiet and has a low rolling resistance.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/3-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-8409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/3-4.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/3-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><strong>Innovative design<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cThe Nokian R-Truck series really represents the cutting edge in tire design\u201d, says Teppo Siltanen. \u201cThe non-directional tread, open tread pattern with big tread blocks and even the sidewall design are very modern.\u201d<br \/>\nTrue to the Nokian Tyres tradition, the new Nokian R-Truck series is suitable for year-round use. All the tires have the 3PMSF approval, and they are equally at home on snowy roads and hot tarmac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Nokian R-Truck series consists of three models: <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Nokian R-Truck Steer<\/strong> \u2013 Designed for year-round use on steer axles on on- and off-road trucks, Nokian R-Truck Steer excels in tough conditions.
