De aceea, una din cele mai importante caracteristici ale fabric\u0103rii ma\u0219inilor de ridicat este inventivitatea \u00een alegerea solu\u021biilor de proiectare, inventivitate ce are \u00een vedere perspectiva uzurii lor morale ca urmare a schimb\u0103rii de ambian\u021b\u0103 sau tehnologie. \u00cen acest sens, folosirea unor componente hidraulice \u0219i electronice performante \u00een structura func\u021bional\u0103 a macaralelor, care s\u0103 o simplifice \u0219i s\u0103 ra\u021bionalizeze fabrica\u021bia, reprezint\u0103 o metod\u0103 ineluctabil\u0103 a strategiei de firm\u0103.<\/em> <strong>| dr. ing. Ioan PETREA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Macaralele sunt sisteme tehnice complexe cu func\u021bionare ciclic\u0103, \u00een regim intermitent, folosite \u00een lucr\u0103ri de construc\u021bii-montaj, la deplasarea sarcinilor \u00eentre puncte situate la \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi diferite. Ele au la baz\u0103 patru tipuri de ac\u021bion\u0103ri: mecanic\u0103; electric\u0103; hidraulic\u0103; combinat\u0103;<br \/>\nModul de ac\u021bionare al macaralei este impus, \u00een general, de mai multi factori: de sarcina de manipulare; de precizia de pozi\u021bionare; de mediul de exploatare; de viteza de lucru si de pre\u021bul de cost.<\/p>\n<p>Fiecare dintre primele trei tipuri de ac\u021bion\u0103ri poate avea o seam\u0103 de avantaje fa\u021b\u0103 de cel\u0103lalt, ceea ce determin\u0103 \u00een fapt alegerea sa. Ponderea ac\u021bion\u0103rii macaralelor o are ac\u021bionarea hidraulic\u0103, ce acoper\u0103 peste 80% din num\u0103rul total al tipurilor de macarale existente. Acest fapt se datoreaz\u0103, \u00een general, principalelor avantaje pe care le are fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte:<br \/>\n\u2022 simplitate constructiv\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 fiabilitate ridicat\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 puteri instalate reduse;<br \/>\n\u2022 o gam\u0103 ridicat\u0103 de viteze etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Macaralele cu ac\u021bionare hidraulic\u0103 pot fi clasificate \u00een:<\/strong><br \/>\na) macarale cu ac\u021bionare hidraulic\u0103 \u00een circuit deschis, cu elemente de distribu\u021bie comandate electric sau hidraulic;<br \/>\nb) macarale cu ac\u021bionare hidraulic\u0103 \u00een circuit deschis cu elemente de urm\u0103rire \u2013 distribuitoare propor\u021bionale, servovalve;<br \/>\nc) macarale cu ac\u021bionare hidraulic\u0103 \u00een circuit \u00eenchis.<\/p>\n<p>Macaralele din prima grup\u0103 sunt prev\u0103zute cu sistem de comand\u0103 simplu. Cele din a doua \u0219i a treia grup\u0103 sunt prev\u0103zute cu sisteme de comand\u0103 evoluate, care ob\u021bin cele mai ridicate performan\u021be. Aceste macarale sunt prev\u0103zute cu calculatoare \u0219i microprocesoare. Comanda lor se poate face prin varia\u021bia curentului la elementele de distribu\u021bie a uleiului hidraulic, varia\u021bie care duce la modificarea performan\u021belor dinamice, \u00een mod continuu. Adoptarea unei scheme de ac\u021bionare hidraulice se face plec\u00e2nd de la construc\u021bia metalic\u0103 prestabilit\u0103 a macaralei. \u00cen cele ce urmeaz\u0103 se vor prezenta sistemele de ac\u021bionare hidrostatic\u0103 \u2013 reprezentative \u2013 folosite \u00een conceperea macaralelor, care s\u0103 constituie un fel de ghid pentru cei ce doresc s\u0103 atace acest subiect, din punctul de vedere al exploat\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, \u00een fig. 1 este prezentat sistemul de ac\u021bionare hidrostatic\u0103, cu circuit \u00een bucl\u0103 deschis\u0103, cu supap\u0103 de reglare a debitului. Sistemul este utilizat la macarale pe ro\u021bi cu pneuri, cu bra\u021b telescopic.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-1-300x203.jpg\" alt=\"fig 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-1-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-1-1024x694.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-1.jpg 1321w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Organizarea unui astfel de sistem presupune utilizarea urm\u0103toarelor componente:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 pomp\u0103 cu cilindree constant\u0103 tip A4FO (100% transfer ac\u021bionare);<br \/>\n\u2022 pomp\u0103 cu cilindree constant\u0103 tip KFA (poate fi montat\u0103 direct la ie\u0219irea auxiliar\u0103 a transmisiei vehicolului);<br \/>\n\u2022 motor cu cilindree constant\u0103 tip A2FM;<br \/>\n\u2022 bloc distribuitor cu centru deschis tip SM;<br \/>\n\u2022 telecomand\u0103 hidraulic\u0103 tip TH6 sau TH7.<br \/>\nCaracteristicile sistemului sunt: e simplu si ofera robuste\u021be tehnologic\u0103; are \u00eentre\u021binere u\u0219oar\u0103; are cost redus; presiunea de sarcin\u0103 \u0219i debitul sunt dependente de fine\u021bea comenzii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen fig. 2 este redat\u0103 o solu\u021bie practic\u0103 de realizare a sistemului de ac\u021bionare hidrostatic\u0103 cu circuit \u00een bucl\u0103 deschis\u0103, cu sistem Load Sensing\/LUDV. Sistemul este utilizat la diferite tipuri de macarale pe ro\u021bi cu pneuri sau pe \u0219enile, cu bra\u021b telescopic.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-4-300x203.jpg\" alt=\"fig 4\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-712\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-4-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-4-1024x694.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-4.jpg 1315w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Principalele componente necesare func\u021bion\u0103rii unui asemenea sistem de ac\u021bionare sunt:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 pomp\u0103 cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A11VO (func\u021bionare &#8220;Load Sensing&#8221;; comanda puterii \u0219i presiune cut-off; ac\u021bionare 100%);<br \/>\n\u2022 pomp\u0103 cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A10VO (func\u021bionare &#8220;Load Sensing&#8221;; controlul presiunii; ac\u021bionare 100%);<br \/>\n\u2022 bloc de comand\u0103 LUDV tip SX;<br \/>\n\u2022 amplificator programabil tip MHVD, pentru comanda supapelor propor\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracteristicile sistemului:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 presiunea de sarcin\u0103 indepedent\u0103 de comand\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 comand\u0103 precis\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 posibilitatea unei caracteristici progresive;<br \/>\n\u2022 disponibilitatea maxim\u0103 a regl\u0103rii razei de ac\u021biune;<br \/>\n\u2022 elementele de ac\u021bionare nu se influen\u021beaz\u0103 reciproc;<br \/>\n\u2022 organizarea u\u0219oar\u0103 a sistemului.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen fig. 3 este redat sistemul de ac\u021bionare hidrostatic\u0103, cu circuit \u00een bucl\u0103 deschis\u0103, cu pompe cuplate la o cutie de distribu\u021bie mecanic\u0103, de asemenea folosit la diferite tipuri de macarale cu bra\u021b telescopic. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-7-300x203.jpg\" alt=\"fig 7\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-713\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-7-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-7-1024x694.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/fig-7.jpg 1315w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Din structura sistemului fac parte:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 pompa cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A8VO (hidraulic\u0103 propor\u021bional\u0103 de comand\u0103; regulator de putere \u00eensumat\u0103; cross-sensing; reglare cu trei circuite);<br \/>\n\u2022 pompa cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A11VO (cu comand\u0103 propor\u021bional\u0103 electric\u0103 sau hidraulic\u0103; controlul puterii; presiune cut-off; 100% ac\u021bionare);<br \/>\n\u2022 pompa cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A10VG (comand\u0103 propor\u021bional\u0103 hidraulic\u0103);<br \/>\n\u2022 blocul de comand\u0103 cu centru deschis tip M8, MO;<br \/>\n\u2022 supapa pentru sarcina de cobor\u00e2re tip MHB &#8211; W.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracteristicile sistemului sunt:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 presiunea de sarcin\u0103 independent\u0103 de comand\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 comenzi de mare precizie;<br \/>\n\u2022 disponibilitatea maxim\u0103 a regl\u0103rii razei de ac\u021biune, chiar la tura\u021bii mici ale motorului;<br \/>\n\u2022 elementele de ac\u021bionare nu se influen\u021beaz\u0103 reciproc;<br \/>\n\u2022 posibilitatea realiz\u0103rii unei caracteristici progresive;<br \/>\n\u2022 solu\u021bie optim\u0103 pentru recuperarea energiei;<br \/>\n\u2022 pierderi mici la presiuni joase; presiune cut-off; 100% ac\u021bionare; comanda direct\u0103 a reducerii presiunii la ac\u021bionarea troliului cu siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een func\u021bionare); motor cu cilindree variabil\u0103 tip A6VM (ac\u021bionarea troliilor; comand\u0103 propor\u021bional\u0103 hidraulic\u0103 sau electric\u0103; controlul presiunii cu siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een func\u021bionare);<br \/>\n\u2022 elemente pentru cobor\u00e2re \u0219i fr\u00e2nare trolii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracteristicile sistemului:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 presiune de sarcin\u0103 independent\u0103 de comand\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2022 precizie ridicat\u0103 a controlului;<br \/>\n\u2022 disponibilitatea maxim\u0103 a regl\u0103rii razei de ac\u021biune, chiar la tura\u021bii mici ale motorului diesel;<br \/>\n\u2022 elementele de ac\u021bionare nu se influen\u021beaz\u0103 reciproc;<br \/>\n\u2022 posibilitatea realiz\u0103rii unei caracteristici progresive;<br \/>\n\u2022 solu\u021bie optim\u0103 pentru recuperarea energiei;<br \/>\n\u2022 sarcini termice mici;<br \/>\n\u2022 viteze maxime de ac\u021bionare;
