Presented to Raimondi\u2019s exclusive agent network ahead of wider release, the MRT234 has already witnessed strong pre-sales due to its enhanced solution-based design. The MRT234 flattop tower crane officially began shipping in September to fulfil agent pre-sell orders, and has now launched for wider purchasing.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to launch the MRT234 after months of preparation. Raimondi\u2019s R&#038;D team worked with various suppliers for four months to build the prototype, erected in beta in August 2017 at our headquarters in Italy. The final stage of testing took three months including preassembly of the crane, evaluating many different types of configurations and all of the model\u2019s structural tests,\u201d said Eng. Domenico Ciano, Technical Director, Raimondi Cranes.<br \/>\n\u201cThis testing phase, part of Raimondi\u2019s internal technical quality control procedures, allowed for various performance measurement assessments, and allowed the engineering segment to observe these metrics at work thereby ensuring the best possible results for end-users,\u201d added Ciano. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Raimondi-MRT234-Infographic-Raimondi-Cranes.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"745\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Raimondi-MRT234-Infographic-Raimondi-Cranes.png 450w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Raimondi-MRT234-Infographic-Raimondi-Cranes-181x300.png 181w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/>When working with the MRT234, the crane operator will immediately notice a significant improvement in performance and control. Raimondi has worked to increase the speeds of the slewing and trolley mThe smoothness both of which have been improved by approximately 30%. Smoothness of motion and heightening accuracy have also been enhanced, ultimately increasing productivity and reducing margin of error. The MRT234 boasts the optimal match of mechanical, structural and electronic control design, that allows for increased productivity, safety, and better user-interface. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cRaimondi\u2019s newest product is heavily geared toward user experience, and these UI\/UX centric features pioneered by Silicon Valley\u2019s technology companies, when applied to heavy lifting machinery result in a high-performance product that boasts extreme operator ease onsite,\u201d Ciano said, remarking on some of the new product\u2019s most innovative design advancements. <\/p>\n<p>The Raimondi MRT234 is the newest flat-top tower crane in the range with a maximum length jib of 70m and a maximum capacity of 12,000kg, with four falls configuration. At the maximum radius, it can lift 2250kg in Ultralift mode. Eight different jib length configurations, from 70m to 28m, satisfy all needs in terms of specific jobsite configurations.
