Astfel, o transmisie complet\u0103, indiferet de tipul ac\u021bion\u0103rii, poate reprezenta p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30-35% din valoarea total\u0103 a unui \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tor. Solu\u021bionarea problemei duale \u2013 minimizarea costurilor \/ \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea performan\u021belor \u2013 este abordat\u0103 de fabrican\u021bi apel\u00e2nd la utilizarea tehnicilor de \u201eperfec\u021bionare continu\u0103\u201c.<\/em> <strong>| Conf. dr. ing. Ioan PETREA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cenc\u0103rc\u0103toarele frontale pe ro\u021bi cu pneuri sunt printre cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite utilaje folosite pentru lucr\u0103ri de \u00eenc\u0103rcare-desc\u0103rcare a p\u0103m\u00e2ntului, a materialelor \u00een vrac sau a unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tur\u0103, fiind incluse \u00een majoritatea schemelor tehnologice de mecanizare. Transmisia \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103torului poate fi considerat\u0103 partea cea mai important\u0103, deoarece determin\u0103 principalele performan\u021be specifice utiliz\u0103rii acestuia ca ma\u0219in\u0103 de construc\u021bii, func\u021bia de deplasare fiind una prin care se realizeaz\u0103 procesul tehnologic. <\/p>\n<p>Transmisia \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 \u0219i cel mai mare volum de manoper\u0103, materiale \u0219i energie, influen\u021b\u00e2nd direct pre\u021bul de cost al \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103torului, precum \u0219i cheltuielile de exploatare. Astfel, este firesc ca transmisia s\u0103 \u00eei preocupe \u00een mod deosebit pe produc\u0103tori, pentru a g\u0103si cele mai adecvate scheme cinematice \u0219i solu\u021bii, \u00een sensul sporirii performan\u021belor, cre\u0219terii gradului de fiabilitate, reducerii consumului de materiale \u0219i energie, fabric\u0103rii sale cu cele mai moderne tehnologii.<br \/>\nParametrii transmisiei sunt astfel determina\u021bi \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103torul s\u0103 poat\u0103 corespunde condi\u021biilor tot mai exigente impuse de categoriile de lucr\u0103ri \u0219i tehnologii de mecanizare \u00een care este selectat. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/csm_radlader-konfigurieren_59162da2a9.png\" alt=\"Transmisii utilizate pe \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarele frontale pe ro\u021bi (Partea I)\" width=\"450\" height=\"213\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-5873\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/csm_radlader-konfigurieren_59162da2a9.png 450w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/csm_radlader-konfigurieren_59162da2a9-300x142.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><strong>Tipuri de transmisii utilizate <\/strong><br \/>\nLa \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarele frontale cu o cup\u0103, pentru care ac\u021bionarea deplas\u0103rii reprezint\u0103 func\u021bia de baz\u0103 prin care se realizeaz\u0103 tot procesul tehnologic, se folosesc, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 transmisiile mecanice, dou\u0103 tipuri de transmisii hidraulice, \u0219i anume: cea hidrostatic\u0103 \u0219i cea hidrodinamic\u0103. De fapt, se vorbe\u0219te de \u201etransmisie hidrodinamic\u0103\u201d numai datorit\u0103 uzan\u021bei, deoarece, dac\u0103 pentru transmisia mecanic\u0103 \u0219i cea hidrostatic\u0103 exist\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103ri \u201dpure\u201d, \u00een cazul de fa\u021b\u0103 componentele hidrodinamice nu pot fi utilizate dec\u00e2t \u00eempreun\u0103 cu componente mecanice. \u00cen cazul \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarelor cu puteri de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 60 kW s-a impus transmisia hidrostatic\u0103, gra\u021bie avantajelor pe care aceasta le confer\u0103, \u00een compara\u021bie cu convertizorul hidraulic de cuplu cu transmisie secundar\u0103 (cutie de viteze cu comutare sub sarcin\u0103) a puterii necesare deplas\u0103rii. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarelor cu puteri cuprinse \u00eentre 60-100 kW se reg\u0103sesc ambele <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/?s=transmisii\" target=\"_blank\"><font color=\"dodgerblue\">transmisii<\/font><\/a><\/strong> \u2013 <strong>hidrostatic\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>hidrodinamic\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 cu o trecere gradual\u0103 c\u0103tre cea hidrostatic\u0103. Acest curent este confirmat de un num\u0103r din ce \u00een ce mai mare de \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toare lansate pe pia\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de c\u0103tre cele aflate \u00een stadiu de dezvoltare. Domeniul puterilor mari (\u2265100 kW) care vizeaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarele de mare capacitate (de exemplu, \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarele cu masa constructiv\u0103 de aproximativ 25 t, puterea instalat\u0103 de 200 kW \u0219i viteza de deplasare de 45 km\/h) este acoperit, \u00een prezent, aproape exclusiv, de transmisiile hidrodinamice cu convertizoare hidraulice de cuplu \u0219i cutii de viteze cu comutare sub sarcin\u0103. Totu\u0219i, dezvolt\u0103rile actuale \u00een domeniul componentelor hidraulice \u0219i al controlului prin microprocesor au creat premisa implement\u0103rii ac\u021bion\u0103rii hidrostatice \u2013potrivite pentru domenii largi de ac\u021bionare \u0219i transformare \u2013 f\u0103r\u0103 a avea probleme deosebite, generate de schimbarea treptelor de vitez\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asem\u0103n\u0103ri \u0219i deosebiri <\/strong><br \/>\nAvantajele transmisiilor hidrostatice, comparativ cu cele hidrodinamice, sunt puse \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103, mai \u00eenainte de toate, de domeniul larg al posibilit\u0103\u021bilor de reglaj \u0219i automatizare, implic\u00e2nd, dup\u0103 caz, un num\u0103r limitat sau lipsa oric\u0103rei trepte de viteze. Un alt avantaj al transmisiei hidrostatice este c\u0103 se preteaz\u0103 la o proiectare estetic\u0103, permi\u021b\u00e2nd adoptarea de solu\u021bii pentru pozi\u021bionarea f\u0103r\u0103 restric\u021bii a componentelor mecanice. \u00cen cazul circuitelor \u00eenchise, distribu\u021bia cuplurilor la ro\u021bile motoare se poate face \u00een ambele sensuri, permi\u021b\u00e2nd astfel ca transmisia s\u0103 fie folosit\u0103 \u0219i \u00een regim de fr\u00e2nare. Aceasta permite reducerea capacit\u0103\u021bii instalate de fr\u00e2nare \u0219i uzura fr\u00e2nelor, av\u00e2nd drept consecin\u021b\u0103 reducerea costurilor de exploatare ale \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103torului. Aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie duce la cre\u0219terea performan\u021belor \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103toarelor frontale pe ro\u021bi cu pneuri cu transmisie hidrostatic\u0103, \u00een special la p\u0103trunderea cupei \u00een materiale cu rezisten\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103 liniar\u0103 de \u00eenfigere mare. <\/p>\n<p>Caracteristicile convertizorului de cuplu sunt func\u021bii p\u0103tratice ale tura\u021biei, aspect care arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eentregul cuplu poate fi absorbit de convertizor numai la anumite viteze (de regul\u0103, viteza necesar\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103rii cupei). Astfel, adaptarea tura\u021biei motorului termic la o condi\u021bie optim\u0103 de func\u021bionare permite operatorului s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103, prin semnalul de comand\u0103 dat la pedala de accelera\u021bie, viteza \u0219i trac\u021biunea corespunz\u0103toare condi\u021biilor de lucru.
