BKT<\/a><\/strong> is undergoing a significant evolution in its brand architecture, marking a new stage in the Group’s international transformation and growth journey. As part of this change, BKT is also announcing its entry into the India\u2019s consumer tyre market for the first time.<\/em><\/p>\n

Balkrishna Industries Ltd., the leading multinational Off-Highway tyre manufacturer, announces a fundamental step toward an evolution that has made BKT a more global, more integrated, and strategically more articulated organization in recent years. The move is not a mere formal update, nor a portfolio extension, but rather the natural expression of a new phase of growth and transformation.<\/p>\n

Alongside the institutional dimension, the Group now more explicitly emphasizes its corporate identity embodying two business areas of work: BKT Tyres<\/strong> for the entire tyre business across B2B and B2C, and BKT Carbon<\/strong> for the carbon black and industrial materials business. This highlights BKT\u2019s areas of industrial specialization<\/font><\/a>, thus introducing a new brand framework that makes the business architecture immediately recognizable.<\/p>\n

The central theme remains BKT\u2019s corporate motto “Growing Together”, which continues to embody the company’s vision, values, and entrepreneurial culture. It is the guiding principle that tells the story of growth built over time together with people, territories, and partners, which reflects the company\u2019s constant commitment to stakeholders, employees, and communities around the world.

BKT Tyres identifies the global tyre business and represents its entire application breadth. In the B2B segment<\/strong>, BKT Tyres includes the offering dedicated to professional and industrial sectors, including agricultural tyres, OTR and mining, industrial and port handling, earthmoving and commercial vehicle tyres, as well as ATV and lawn & garden lines intended for operational and professional applications. As for the B2C segment<\/strong>, where the company has recently announced its entry as part of its 2030 growth strategy, BKT Tyres includes solutions for individual mobility with tyres for two-wheelers, i.e., motorcycles and scooters, and progressively for the passenger car segment\u2014marking the Group’s entry and consolidation in strategic consumer areas.<\/p>\n

This architecture reflects BKT\u2019s ability to operate with the same technological and manufacturing strength in both the most complex industrial applications and personal mobility, while maintaining one industrial matrix and the same quality standards.<\/p>\n

In parallel, the identity of BKT Carbon, a business dedicated to the production of carbon black for multiple industrial applications, is consolidated. In addition to constituting a pillar of the Group’s integrated supply chain, BKT Carbon operates as an autonomous industrial entity with its own strategic relevance and presence in various sectors that employ carbon black as a key raw material.<\/p>\n

This way, BKT formally recognizes the plurality of its industrial competencies, while maintaining a unified and coherent vision.

The new architecture clearly distinguishes the corporate dimension from the business areas, without fragmenting the Group’s overall identity. On one side, an institutional brand that expresses vision, governance, and responsibility; on the other, business units that represent specialization, technology, and manufacturing capability in different but complementary areas.<\/p>\n
