Operating under the umbrella of Arada Industries, which is owned by Arada Group, Raimondi Cranes is set to acquire <strong>Terex Tower Cranes<\/strong>, <strong>Terex Self-Erecting Cranes<\/strong> and <strong>Terex Rough Terrain Cranes<\/strong>, alongside its US-based robust after-sales and service infrastructure. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>This transaction broadens Raimondi\u2019s offerings in terms of luffing jib cranes and tower cranes, while expanding the company\u2019s scope to include new business lines, such as self-erecting and rough terrain cranes. It combines Raimondi\u2019s Italian engineering legacy with Terex\u2019s innovative applications and established market presence, offering clients a comprehensive and competitive product lineup designed to meet the evolving demands of the construction and heavy lifting sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Included in the transaction are the Terex Tower Cranes and Terex Self-Erecting Cranes facilities in Fontanafredda, Italy, Terex Rough Terrain Cranes facility in Crespellano, Italy, and the Terex North America Cranes service and support operation in Wilmington, North Carolina, United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe lifting businesses, together with their strong legacy, seamlessly align with Raimondi\u2019s values and vision, reinforcing our shared commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric solutions,\u201d added Maggioni.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to its expanded product portfolio, the acquisition provides Raimondi with significant operational advantages.
