HD Hyundai Construction Equipment<\/a><\/strong> is expanding its equipment line-up, with the launch of a powerful mid-weight dozer. The HD130A<\/strong> delivers best-in-class power and superior tractive effort, precise grading performance and a range of smart technologies.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"HDPushing power<\/strong>
\nThe HD130A is powered by a proven Perkins 4.4-litre diesel engine, delivering 117kW (157hp) and 710Nm of torque. An Eco Mode can be selected for lighter grading duties, lowering the hydraulic pump power output and reducing fuel consumption by 5%. Auto Idle and Auto Shutdown features ensure that the machine is not left idling unnecessarily, minimising fuel use over the working shift.<\/p>\n

The machine has a reversible hydraulically-driven cooling fan for the engine and hydraulic oils, with an electrically-driven fan for the charge air cooler that can also be reversed to clean our the core. The cooling system is located towards the rear of the machine, rather than in front of the operator. This ensures that cooling cores are situated out of dusty areas behind the blade and the design allows for a tapered, slim engine canopy that maximises visibility to the blade tips.<\/p>\n

Daily service points are easily reached from ground level and wide opening access doors, in combination with a cab structure that can be tilted towards the rear of the machine, provide easy access to the driveline and hydraulics.<\/p>\n

\"HDA variable displacement axial piston pump provides 132 litres\/min of hydraulic flow, providing the machine with a maximum traction force of 22,000kgf. The two-speed transmission offers a maximum travel speed of up to 9.0km\/h. Maximum gradeability is an impressive 35\uf0b0 (70%).<\/p>\n

Hyundai<\/font><\/a><\/strong>\u2019s HD130A has a dedicated dozer undercarriage design, with both single and double-flanged rollers to maximise durability and service life. Customers can choose between a general-purpose track guard, or a full track guard for more arduous working conditions. There is also a choice of 560mm XL track shoes or 760mm LGP track shoes. <\/p>\n

There are two six-way power-tilt angle dozer options. A 3.54m3 XL blade is standard, while a 4.18m3 capacity LGP blade is available as an option. The tilt and angle adjustment makes it easier to work more efficiently, reducing the number of passes required to achieve grade. A two-way mechanical adjustment also allows the operator to set the blade pitch, from 54 to 58\uf0b0. The HD130A has an operating weight of 15,300kg with the LGP blade, and 14,500kg in XL configuration.<\/p>\n

\"HDA standard 2D Blade Dozing Assist Function makes it easier for less experienced operators to achieve a precision finish. The operator programs the desired finish grade and the machine controls blade functions to suit, without the need for lasers or GPS control. A towing draw bar is also offered and the machine can be equipped with piping for an optional parallel ripper attachment.<\/p>\n

Operator comfort<\/strong>
\nThe spacious ROPS\/FOPS cab rides on CabSus mounts that dampen vibrations and provide protection for the operator against impacts. There are full height glazed doors to both sides, providing an unobstructed view to the blade. The engine air pre-cleaner is hidden beneath the canopy, improving visibility further. <\/p>\n

Standard features include a rear-view camera, four high-illumination LED working lights and smooth glide wipers on the front screen and door glazing. The air conditioning and heating system is supplied with multiple vents in the front, rear and floor areas, while defrost vents are also provided for the front and door glass. <\/p>\n

Electro-hydraulic controls are standard in the HD130A, to meet the needs of all operator skill levels. Ergonomically-designed joysticks, with integral armrests, deliver low effort control for minimum fatigue.<\/p>\n

\"HDOperators benefit from a hands-free Bluetooth audio system that can be paired with smartphones or play music from a USB device. There is an automatic shut-off feature, that stops the machine if the operator leaves the seat, along with a seatbelt warning alarm and a rotating beacon. An easy-to-read touchscreen displays all important machine settings and information and can be used as a monitor for the rear-view camera. <\/p>\n

The HD130A is equipped with Hyundai\u2019s Hi MATE remote management system as standard. Using GPS-satellite technology, this telematic monitoring system provides customers with real-time machine operating data, including location information. It promotes timely service and maintenance and enables dealers to provide the highest level of customer support and after-care.<\/p>\n

Range expansion<\/strong>
\nWith an enviable reputation in the crawler and wheeled excavator, compact excavator, wheel loader and articulated dump truck markets, Hyundai will be expanding its range of equipment throughout 2025. The HD130A dozer is just one of a totally new line of machines, that will allow Hyundai to penetrate new market sectors and to further meet the needs of existing customers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
