The first machine from the upgraded series of the <strong>Rottne H8E<\/strong> left the production facilities in March 2022. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"429\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-20159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-1.jpg 350w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-1-245x300.jpg 245w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/>\u201eOn the outside, Rottne H8E looks almost like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/en\/un-nou-harvester-de-la-rottne\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rottne H8D<\/a><\/strong>, but on the inside there are a lot of improvements and a lot of new and advanced technology\u201d, said Mathias Paulsson, Engineer of the Control Systems at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rottne.com\/en\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rottne Industri AB<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The crane, with all its mechanical upgrades, makes a big difference and it was when we developed it, we have seen the opportunity to upgrade the entire machine. RK50 has been around since the beginning of the 2000s. Now it will be replaced by RK75 with a lot of improvements and innovations. In short, all the benefits of the older crane have been retained and more advantages have been added. Everything from hardware to software has been reviewed in detail in order to produce a crane that will make both the work and the service easier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New crane RK75<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201eThe new crane has a completely new turntable that makes it more efficient with better durability and reliability. Compared to its predecessor, the crane has been improved in all respects, which makes it stronger and with higher lifting power\u201d, said Mathias Paulsson.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"430\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-20160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-2.jpg 350w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/rottne-H8E-2-244x300.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/>Among other things, it has a built-in position sensor in all cylinders that the control system recognizes. The boom control is moved at the driver&#8217;s command (out, in, up and down) and the system runs the extension automatically.<\/p>\n<p>With the launch of the Rottne H8E, Rottne Industri is now taking another step forward in the development of flexible forest machines for efficient thinning work.<br \/>\n\u201eWe proudly launched our first machine with a boom control developed here at Rottne.
