This new model allows us to offer quality reconditioned equipment, available immediately at a reasonable price. At the same time, it helps us reduce our environmental impact\u201d, says Ludovic Jankov, Haulotte\u2019s second-hand manager.<\/p>\n<p><em>Professional reconditioning<\/em><br \/>\nTo carry out this ambitious project, Haulotte has converted its factory in L\u2019Horme (France) into a \u00abmanufacturer\u00bb reconditioning center for used aerial work platforms.<br \/>\n\u201cIt\u2019s a first in Europe! With a covered area of 3,000 m\u00b2, the RESTART Center relies on a high-performance industrial tool and the energy and technical know-how of Haulotte\u2019s teams\u201d,<br \/>\nsays Emmanuel Chabaneix, director of the reconditioning site at Haulotte.<\/p>\n<p>The selected platforms follow a precise industrial path: testing and detailed inspection by the experts of the RESTART Center, diagnosis, and then reconditioning according to Haulotte specifications. More than 50 control points are checked to guarantee reliable machines and optimal safety for future users.<\/p>\n<p><em>Three levels of reconditioning<\/em><br \/>\nHaulotte offers three used aerial work platform reconditioning packages to meet all needs and budgets. A certificate attests that the machine complies with the regulations in force at the time of its manufacture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/restart-by-haulotte-copy-300x205.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-18685\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/restart-by-haulotte-copy-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/restart-by-haulotte-copy.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><em>Platforms \u2264 15 years<\/em><br \/>\nThe platforms from the VERIFIED program are depersonalized and thoroughly inspected. Mandatory recall campaigns are carried out, and all machine functions, including those related to safety, are checked and brought back into compliance.<\/p>\n<p><em>Platforms \u2264 10 years<\/em><br \/>\nIn addition to the operations included in the VERIFIED program, the CERTIFIED formula guarantees that safety-related parts have been replaced with new, genuine Haulotte parts. All components close to failure are repaired or replaced. Partial cosmetic modifications are performed by RESTART Center operators to give the machine a facelift. A three-month warranty is applied upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p><em>Platforms \u2264 6 years<\/em><br \/>\nThe premium CERTIFIED+ offer completes the operations performed in the VERIFIED &#038; CERTIFIED programs, with new batteries. Components close to failure are replaced with new Haulotte parts. The machines are professionally painted in the paint-booth and have a six-month warranty.<\/p>\n<p>The RESTART by Haulotte program is a real alternative to buying a new aerial work platform.
