In February 2022, Kuhn Holding<\/a><\/strong>, a Komatsu distributor based in Salzburg, Austria, took over the Romanian company Marcom RMC’94<\/a><\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n

Marcom was founded in 1992 and is located in Otopeni, near Bucharest. It currently employs 70 people and generated a turnover of 41 million Euros in the last financial year. Its primary focus is on the sales of Komatsu construction machinery, and it fits perfectly into the Kuhn family\u2019s business profile.<\/p>\n

Kuhn Holding is an Austrian family company with 1600 employees and generates a turnover of around 600 million euros. It is divided into three strategic areas: construction machinery, loading technology, and the production of machine tools (Emco).<\/p>\n

Kuhn’s construction machinery division has been exclusively and successfully selling Komatsu construction machinery for decades in Austria, southern Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, and Croatia.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are pleased about this further expansion of our company. With Marcom, we have taken over a successful company that will drive our healthy growth even further. In addition, the expansion in Romania is an important step in internationalization,\u201d said Andreas and Stefan Kuhn.
