These cranes offer a first-class lifting experience, cutting-edge innovation, and the best available warranty in the industry \u2013 3 years general warranty and 5 years on structural parts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The 40tm family comprises 5 models: 3 Rack &#038; Pinion and 2 Endless Slewing models.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 HC 401<br \/>\nBasic<\/strong><br \/>\n40 tm, Rack &#038; Pinion, Double Linkage<br \/>\n430 o  Slewing Angle<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 HC 401 K<br \/>\nShort Boom, Basic<\/strong><br \/>\n40 tm, Rack &#038; Pinion, Double Linkage, Short Boom<br \/>\n430o Slewing Angle<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 HC 441<br \/>\nProportional<\/strong><br \/>\n44 tm, Rack &#038; Pinion, Double linkage<br \/>\n430o Slewing Angle<br \/>\nProportional Lift Control System (P-LCS)<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 HC 405e<br \/>\nBasic<\/strong><br \/>\n40 tm, Slewing Bearing, Double Linkage<br \/>\nEndless Slewing<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 HC 445e<br \/>\nProportional<\/strong><br \/>\n44 tm, Slewing Bearing, Double Linkage<br \/>\nEndless Slewing<br \/>\nProportional Lift Control System (P-LCS)<\/p>\n<p>The cranes have from 2 to 8 extensions, 8.02 to 20.90 meters maximum outreach, and 10m Jib (not available for K-boom and Marine versions).<\/p>\n<p>Innovative features which increase operator efficiency and safety include:<br \/>\n\u2022 <em>Magic Touch (MT)<\/em> allows the driver to open the crane from transport position and back, at the touch of a button.<br \/>\n\u2022 <em>Dynamic Load Diagram (DLD)<\/em> optimizes stabilization and allows the driver to verify in advance the crane lifting capacity based on truck stability.<br \/>\n\u2022 <em>DLD Simulator<\/em> shows the operator the possible working area for different scenarios of load and stabilizer extension before use.<\/p>\n<p>Available as an option in dedicated markets is the new feature Connectivity 4.0, an innovative accessory designed to increase customer efficiency through an internet connection to the Cloud where all relevant data are stored to support crane operation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Operating performance is maximized with all the standard features of the tried and tested EDGE range.<br \/>\nThese include:<br \/>\no Articulated stabilizer feet for better stability, safety, and longer cylinder life<br \/>\no Hoses and pipes running inside the stabilizer beams to guarantee a longer lifetime<br \/>\no Extra Extension Speed (EES) to increase the speed of extensions without compromising safety<br \/>\no Smooth Descent system (SDS) to reduce oscillation and assure perfect control<br \/>\no Liftrod Articulated system (LAS) to improve versatility in many different working positions<br \/>\no Soft closing retraction to reduce oscillation of the load during retraction<br \/>\no Centralized Greasing System making regular maintenance easier<br \/>\no High-pressure filter<br \/>\no Stability Control System<br \/>\no Manual control and a wide range of radio controls<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to add this new range of 40tm cranes to our EDGE Line,\u201d commented Giuseppe Bevacqua, Product Manager Cranes. \u201cHigh-performance levels, together with a wide range of innovative features and variety of accessories and attachments, make these cranes ideally suited to many applications from Construction to Logistics; Oil &#038; Gas to Mining, and Maintenance to Rental.\u201d<br \/>\nThe EDGE Line is produced in a new dedicated crane assembly line in Poviglio, Italy, developed according to the best-in-class manufacturing principles in terms of quality and efficiency. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyva has added the 40tm family to its highly successful EDGE Line cranes.
