With a Stage V engine, the <strong>HBOX+<\/strong> is manufactured in Europe and designed primarily for the European rental market. A new design that represents a veritable revolution in terms of connectivity, efficiency, and safety. The new lighting tower have been unveiled in Matexpo, Belgium, in September.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With a light capacity of 210,000 lumens, the HBOX+ incorporates 4x350W LED spotlights (50X50 SMD Chip Technology). Its hydraulic mast reaches a height of 8.3 meters and can rotate through 360\u00b0, thus guaranteeing optimum light coverage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-17025\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-1.jpg 267w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 267px) 100vw, 267px\" \/>The HBOX+ incorporates a Yanmar 2TNV70 two-cylinder engine with optimized fuel consumption of less than 0.55 l\/h, which makes it one of the most competitive products on the market in terms of consumption. It features a large capacity tank with a running time of 400 h and generous 600-hour service intervals, competitive advantages of an engine that has been designed by Yanmar, the parent company of HIMOINSA &#8216;A Yanmar Company&#8217;, whose product developments are led by a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and technical experts who work to ensure the most efficient and reliable product.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we set out to develop the new HBOX+, our main goal was to satisfy the needs of the user, the owner, and the maintenance technician by offering them simplicity, safety, low operating costs, and a high level of connectivity so that they could control the device from a smartphone, tablet or PC to check key indicators such as fuel level, hours of service or even manage the operation of the machine\u201d, explains Miguel \u00c1ngel Ruiz, Global Engineering and Development Head at Himoinsa, who goes on to highlight the functionalities of its &#8216;SafetyMast&#8217;, an electronic control device that can detect obstacles, impacts, and high wind speeds and can regulate the height of the mast autonomously depending on the strength of the wind.<\/p>\n<p>The HBOX+ lighting tower incorporates a Led Dimming Control that guarantees the regulation of the intensity of the light, due to a progressive start-up with dimming, thus avoiding glare, mainly when the lighting towers are operating in road construction. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"377\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-17026\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-2.png 377w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/HBOX-2-283x300.png 283w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 377px) 100vw, 377px\" \/>The CET8 controller that Himoinsa has designed and manufactured offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface to ensure simple and reliable use of the machine. It includes an automatic working mode (start\/stop), engine Run\/Stop, mast Up\/Down, and lamps On\/Off, as well as a reverse mode when the stop is activated. The control system has been developed with an optimal user experience in mind, which is why the new CET8 controller comes with a joystick to raise and lower the mast. It also includes a stability control system that does not allow the machine to run until it is perfectly level. <\/p>\n<p>There is a wide range of possibilities for interaction between the user and the controller, but it all depends on the user&#8217;s level of expertise, which is why Himoinsa has included all types of users in its design to guarantee accessible and correct operation in every case.<\/p>\n<p>The new Himoinsa lighting towers include CAN BUS, which means it can connect to the C2Cloud fleet management module to guarantee remote control of the units, as well as future hybrid and 100% electric variants.<\/p>\n<p>The design has been conceived with accessibility in mind. All the sides have wide doors, even the roof, the upper part of the unit. The frame is easily removable for cleaning and maintenance and the interior contains emergency LED lights in case the equipment is switched off.<\/p>\n<p>The structural design of the new HBOX+ has been conceived to withstand wind speeds of 110Km\/h or more without the need for additional accessories. To facilitate transport, it features a lifting hook at the top, as well as mounting points on all four sides of the frame for forklifts. Up to 22 units can be transported in a 13 m mega-trailer truck and 20 units in a 40\u2019 container.<br \/>\nIts carefully planned design together with the quality of its components (Yanmar engine, Meccalte alternator&#8230;) make the HBOX+ a quality lighting tower, destined to lead its market segment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Himoinsa is working on the development of a complete portfolio of new lighting towers.
