We own the nation\u2019s largest underground hire fleet as well as a capable and experienced underground workforce in our UGM business, with operations across New South Wales and Queensland,\u201d Mr Rogers said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Razor-Banner05-Copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"144\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-15025\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Razor-Banner05-Copy.jpg 400w, https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Razor-Banner05-Copy-300x108.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>Bis General Manager Mark Doyle said the grader has more tractive effort, increased power, is safer for the operator and has been designed for more uptime. \u201cThe concept for Razor started within underground by looking at existing machines and talking to grader operators to understand how we could design a better product \u2013 all the way from performance to changing the cab ergonomics to improve comfort,\u201d Mr Doyle said. \u201cIncreasing safety was at the forefront of the design process,\u201d Mr Doyle added.<\/p>\n<p>The key features of Razor include:<br \/>\n&#8211; 55% greater engine power than comparable machines<br \/>\n&#8211; Four gears rather than three, giving greater flexibility on difficult ground<br \/>\n&#8211; The operator compartment layout improves access to all controls and provides greater visibility of the blade and steering tires<br \/>\n&#8211; Access to the cab from both sides<br \/>\n&#8211; Improved structural \/ fatigue integrity of the chassis<br \/>\n&#8211; The braking system incorporates dual SAHR emergency\/park brakes directly coupled to the rear-drive wheels for increased safety and reliability.<\/p>\n<p>The development of Razor follows the invention of Bis\u2019 revolutionary <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mequipment.ro\/en\/revolutionarul-camion-minier-rexx-a-impresionat-in-testele-de-teren\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">dump truck Rexx<\/a><\/strong>. Since its launch (October 2018), the versatile hauler has shone in trials and assignments at nickel, gold and now coal operations.
