E35 lower part is entirely made of high-strength wear-resistant steel for the best protection against external stress and impacts. Each pontoon has five watertight sections with manhole access placed on top of the pontoon. The most important safety feature is in carefully engineered shape and measurement of the undercarriage, maximizing its stability in various job environments. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mequipment.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/unnamed-Copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-14773\" \/><strong>The role of a reliable track system<\/strong><br \/>\nThe heavier machine &#8211; the more important role a reliable track system receives. <strong>Big Float E35<\/strong> is set to lift the bar of the most strong and reliable amphibious excavator on the market to an even higher level. E35 travel motors, paired with planetary final drives, deliver high torque through drive sprockets directly to track chains. Similar to a standard crawler excavator, a durable track system provides an unbeaten lifetime of wear parts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Big Float?<\/strong><br \/>\nBig Float is an innovative tracked pontoon undercarriage that can transform a standard excavator into an amphibious excavator. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.remu.fi\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">REMU<\/a><\/strong> manufactures four sizes of undercarriages for excavators between 8 to 35 tons. All undercarriages are manufactured in Finland with the highest quality standards.
