Since 1976, Carmix<\/a><\/strong> has specialized in the manufacture and distribution of self-loading concrete mixers and off-road mobile concrete batching plants, meeting any concrete loading, mixing, transport, and unloading requirements. Carmix 3.5 TT<\/strong>, the first model designed and the best seller in over 40 years of company history, contributed to the company’s success. Agile on construction sites, easy to operate, and with a production capacity of up to 130 cm3 a day of certified, top-quality concrete, Carmix 3.5 TT fulfills all requirements to be a great partner in facilitating work on site.<\/em><\/p>\n

Design and mechanical frame with attention to details
\nCarmix 3.5 TT is the small mobile batching plant that is synonymous with on site agility and ease of use: its length \u2013 just over five meters with the front loader raised \u2013 can reach any place and operate in small spaces. There’s also the ability to rotate the barrel at 300\u00b0 to load from over two meters of height on all four sides of the machine. This way, it’s possible to direct the concrete jet with the utmost precision, leaving the machine motionless on a single spot. This is added to the structural and mechanical features of Carmix 3.5 TT: the concrete mixer with an actual yield of 3,5 m3, the double mixing blade, the mixing and jet speed \u2013 regardless of the number of RPMs of the diesel motor \u2013 and the concrete jet in reverse; then, the 600-liter loader \u2013 controllable with the Joymix \u2013 with a hydraulic command opening to unload directly into the sand or gravel barrel. Finally, the ability of Carmix 3.5 TT to face, even when fully loaded, slopes up to 30%. <\/p>\n

Load cells weighing system for perfect control of mix design
\nCarmix 3.5 TT is equipped with Load Cells system that can dose, scale and program any material composing any mix design on site as all concrete batching plants. This is possible thanks to the four load cell sensors, controlled by an onboard programmable computer, placed at the bottom of the drum in order to work as weight sensors precisely where the mixing takes place (RMC PLANT standard level technology). If compared with systems using pressure sensors on the shovel, this system ensures: direct control of elements where the mix is made (including the actual weight of water for W\/C ratio optimization), higher accuracy and 3 to 5% weight deviation like in the most sophisticated concrete plants and the verification of the finished product.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
